Clost to 10,000 words are split into 100 progress levels based on word frequency. Each level contains a maximum of 100 words. You have the flexibility to choose which level to practice.
There exists topic word lists that you can practice with. Also you can keep unfamiliar words encountered into your own topics, then listen to sentences that contain those words.

The website tracks progress for signed-in users. Once a user has grasped a word, it won't be repeated in practice, allowing users to focus on new words and expand their vocabulary efficiently. Measuring progress helps track success.
Ebbinghaus's curve of forgetting shows that if a conscious effort is made to retain the knowledge, by revisiting it periodically, the likelihood of it embedding in long-term memory is dramatically improved. The proactive practice of such revision would become known as spaced repetition.
This website maintains an automated vocabulary review list for each user, and it can make spaced repetition easier.
